Our farmhouse products are rigorously controlled throughout their production with biological techniques in line with the Legislation or the European Economic Community 2092/91, carried out by the Molise Regional Headquarters of the “Suolo & Salute” (Health Association) in Larino (Campobasso), a control body which has been an authorised practitioner of biological agriculture since 10/11/1994.
